Did Neharu-Ambedkar took any Mandate Before or After making the foreign based Constitution of India which is devoid of the Indian philosophy,  culture, principles,thought's ,tradition ,Ideals ? it has nothing from the 5000 year old rich  civilization and humanity of the 80 % of India's population.Indian independence have completed Almost 70 years but nobody can ask the Question in any general election that why can't the constitution of India have Indian soul. if any body rise the question immediately he is prosecuted( under the Neheru -Ambedkar rule .)the issue is not allowed in election , they call it communal ism. 

                  Thus the  80 percents never got their Own Rule.

 The constitution has every provisions for minority to maintain their cultural Identity(Ex.Muslim  Personal Law)But the Hindus   cannot do so for quite many times.take Example of women Entry to Shani Temple.it's a tradition that in certain Temple ladies are not allowed and in other men are not allowed and nobody complain for that. there are some occult reason behind it . this can be proved by taking the census(voting).if the Hindu women asked whether they support tradition or go against it to enter the core of a temple. definitely 99.99 % of them will support the tradition but the law based on anti Hindu Principle will stand behind even those 0.09%, who are Hindu Culture opponents .in case of maintaining Hindu tradition the Law never Consider the Public cry. 

It makes clear from hundreds of such issues and the passive reaction of law against those who deny to say ''VANDE MATARAM"the National Anthem based on Hindus Belief or Even Denying to rise the slogan 'BHARAT MATA KI JAY''(SALUTE TO MOTHER INDIA) -That the constitution has been purposefully designed to destroy or at least suppress the 80 Percent's culture. 

Whether it is good or bad or backward or forward It was(and still is-)culture of 80 percents (actually 90 % of that time)of nations population. and there is nothing from it in the Constitution of their Nation. this could be great Injustice and Highly Undemocratic act on the Earth.
