THE ZERO CORRUPTION THEORY by R. SATYANARAYAN
1.THE CORRUPTION takes birth by association of two or more selfish person or parties .
So it is due to addition or sum of the greediness of concerned parties.when a civilian approaches a government authority for getting done an illegal work of interest ,offers bribe ;the authority accepts it .now, here it is just not the addition of selfishness of the two but it may be the chain of the employees or officers from one at lower level to higher level up to some times the CM or even PM.
there fore dissociation of these selfish tendencies leading to a cold war among them leads to nullify the mental force behind the corruption.this is like
''Only a Diamond can cut another Diamond''
selfishness is an instinct of all leaving beings including human.it is a tremendous force responsible for the existence of life following the principle of ''survival of the fittest.''but When it increases above certain limit leads to unequal distribution of means of life and ultimately to poverty.that's why all religions had been trying to control the selfishness from ancient time by creating fear of god(that HE IS WATCHING YOUR GOOD AND BAD DEEDS AT EVERY MOMENT) as ultimate power.that worked .even now it is working but with the development of science and technology number of people believing this is decreasing .therefore man made laws and acts were being practiced ,punishments are given but that can't over come the force behind corruption.because selfishness of the corrupt and the authority to control it unite to distribute the benefits by protecting the members involved in the process from law and order.
thus corruption can't be stop by appointing one officer above other to implement the strict laws because there selfishness get added towards corruption.
therefore in order to achieve ZERO CORRUPTION along with the existing laws, the following law structure which bring about the collision between the forces of selfishness by using the principle of unknown fear must be introduced. that is to create a feeling that SOME BODY IS WATCHING YOU '' .but now this ''some body'' is not the GOD but it is some body from people and that's why this law structure is highly democratic.because by means this of this THE GOVERNMENT(of the people) which is invisible and THE MASTER or BOSS of its servants keep a watch over them ,every moment.
With this descriptive introduction of my e-book ''THE ZERO CORRUPTION THEORY'' which is an IP, copy righted and PATENTED .my self R. SATYANARAYAN,an INDIAN ,think that I should give my law structures and various procedures to achieve ZERO CORRUPTION in a manner suitable to this age of mobile communication particularly 'sms'' and in such a way that it could be translated ''meaningfully'' by using on line translation.so that it can reach to the millions and millions of people all over the world who are fighting to make their country corruption free.
