who is responsible ?is it only government and it's inert police ?then what about----

*film and TV showing SEX and VIOLENCE ?(why don't we fight against these dirty people)

*ADAPTATION OF WESTERN CULTURE..as if having boy friend/ girl friend is compulsory.

*provoking other by showing love making(actually sexual attraction) at public places.

when some organisations oppose the valentine day or friendship(forceful not real) day ,the media and so called broadminded (abrodminded?) criticise it.but actually that seeds this type of criminal attitude.

SO when DHARM and CULTURE becomes WEAK:the MAN becomes ANIMAL.

now think who is the culprit .
