instead of negative voting it is it is better to prefer a less corrupt party /candidate amongst them.if a comparatively less corrupt wins it gives a message to more corrupt that no more corruption,helps for political carrier.and there fore in next election each party will appear with still less corrupt candidate and policies
saying ''NO''to all is neither help full nor practical.but it may lead to the victory of more corrupt and the trend continues .and by this process more corrupt becomes still more corrupt and the less corrupt at the same time looses its all ready weak faith in being less corrupt .
that means even clean people too may start thinking that to be clean is not a better policy to survive.ACHARYA BAL KRISHNA, SHREE SHANTIBHUSHAN may be the examples of this fact.
actually no party or candidate could be 100% clean or totally corrupt .but it is a mixture because our society and nation are
like that ,rather majority of our people are pro- corruption,thinks of there own benefit instead of nation or society.so the political party which work like majorities attitude wins in the election.
there fore when ANNA HAJARE or other social reformers appeals the people to do negative voting only less pro corrupt or clean and sensitive people will respond it and may push at ''NO'' button of ballot machine where as pro corrupt goes with more corrupt party as usual .thus it's chanses to win becomes still more.
That means you are strengthening the more corrupt party by this NEGATIVE VOTING appeal and nothing
because we know that more corrupt parties buy the votes of large number of vote bank group either directly paying them while elections or indirectly showering lot of gains/benefits through different plans under names poors ,BPLs,and most common is under the name minority.
THUS NOTHING HAPPENS TO THE security OF MORE CORRUPT's vote bank..with ANNA'S fast or negative voting ,actually the later one helps them to gain power.
